Refund Policy

Rules

If customers decide to return products, they must follow these rules:

– returned product must be in its original packaging;

– product must not be damaged;

– product should contains its commercial apperance (not damaged labels, protective film), this rule 

doesn‘t apply to poor quality products, which have been returned;

– returned product has to have a complete set, as it was delivered to customer;
– when returning a product, customer should send a proof of its purchase.

Time and Address

Products can be returned within 14 days. Returned items should be sent to comapany Np5 registration address: Tilžės g. 151-6, Šiauliai, Lithuania.

When product is returned, we return our customer’s paid amount of money within 1-5 business days. If the payment was made via credit or debit card, the return takes 5-10 business days. If product was ordered under special order it can not be returned (for example, custom made furniture). We can not return or replace these items – books, reproductions, bedding sets, lamps, toys, games, clocks.
