Neurocass participated in the project “Inclusion of Neurodiverse Employees in the Technology Sector” in Riga

On November 6th, we represented Neurocass at an event in Riga dedicated to the project “Inclusion of Neurodiverse Employees in the Technology Sector” (No. NPAD-2025/10349).
The project aims to promote the inclusion of neurodiverse individuals – people with dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum traits, and others – within the technology sectors of the Nordic and Baltic regions.
This initiative brings together partners from Lithuania, Latvia, and Denmark to foster more inclusive workplaces in the tech industry.
Throughout the project, the following activities will be carried out:
Surveys among technology sector companies;
Analysis of existing conditions for neurodiverse employees;
Development of practical recommendations and a guide for employers.
We are proud to contribute to this important initiative and to represent Neurocass as an innovative solution helping to create a more supportive environment for neurodiversity at work.
